Basic information:
Family, stylish and simply furnished guesthouse with high return on clients. The total capacity of the guesthouse is 32 beds in 11 rooms + 4 beds in Pace Alpina apartment. The restaurant, bar and small wellness are located on the ground floor of the arrival side, rooms are located from the other side of the guesthouse on the 1st floor and on the ground floor.
Access to the restaurant, bar and wellness is only an outdoor entrance (this is one building but accessible from 2 sides).
Rooms on the 1st floor: 3 rooms for 2 persons, 4 rooms for 3 persons, 1 room for 4 persons. Rooms on the ground floor (with separate outdoor entrance): 1 room for 2 persons, 1 room for 4 persons and 1 room for 4 persons "suite". Rooms are sold without distinction.
Facilities and services:
Bar, stylish restaurant with fireplace, laundry, ski and ski boots strage with dryer, reserved parking, WI-FI internet.
Sport and relaxation:

To every stay is included FRIULI SKIREGION ski pass, valid at these ski resorts: Tarvisio, Sella Nevea/Kanin, Ravascletto/Zoncolan, Piancavallo, Forni di Sopra. You do not need to ski only in one resort. In the table below you can see discounts and extra charges within the ski pass, which you have in the basic price according to the length of stay. The good news is that all children born in 2009 and younger ski FREE of charge!

insurance of medical expenses (can be ensured via the travel agency at UNIQA insurance company for 1,27 € /person / day or for 1,40 € / person / day including cancellation insurance)
- delegate services (only assistance service on the phone – 24 h daily)
Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price of the tour. At the time of preparation of this offer it has not been established yet, but its introduction is speculated. In the case of the introduction of the mandatory tourist tax, we will inform you via www.forline.cz and then also in the departure instructions before traveling. Its amount is usually around 1-1.50 € / person / day and is payable directly on the place to the accommodation owner. Thank you for your understanding.
Surcharges for accommodation:
- New Year's Eve Dinner: 25 € / children from 4 to 11,99 years, 50 € / others from 12 years
- double room occupied by 1 person: 16 € / night
Discounts for 3rd and 4th beds:
- children from 0 to 3,99 years: free of charge
- children from 4 to 7,99 years: 24 € / night (23.12.- 06.01.), 20 € /night / other terms
- children from 8 to 11,99 years: 10 € / night (23.12.- 06.01.), 8 € / night / other terms

- on request, we can arrange other shortened stays, including Christmas holidays, at least for 3 nights
